The 17th Annual Mauritius Open Air Festival offers an exciting trading or marketing opportunity for businesses, organisations and charities. The Mauritius Open Air Festival is the largest Mauritian event in Europe, attracting thousands of attendees each year. The event celebrates the culture, food and music of Mauritius.

Stall Booking Information

Limited stalls are available strictly on a "First come, First serve" basis. Please ensure you return your completed form with the full stall amount to secure your position.

Operating Conditions

  • Public liability insurance is mandatory for all traders.
  • Stall holders must cover staff against personal injury and loss.
  • Food vendors must have a VALID FOOD HYGIENE CERTIFICATE (Rating 4+).
  • Compliance with Food Safety and Hygiene Regulations 2013 is required.
  • Electrical equipment must have PAT certification.
  • Traders must provide a 5kg powder fire extinguisher and fire blanket.
  • H&S team must approve all contractors before site entry.
  • Allocated: 2 vendor parking spaces and 5 wristbands per stall.
  • No amplified noise allowed at stalls without prior agreement.
  • LPG must be inspected by a CORGI engineer using crimp connectors.
  • Alcohol, tobacco, weapons, and BBQs are strictly banned.
  • Illegal drugs result in immediate removal without refund.
  • Refuse must be cleared; no LPG bottles or oil drums left on site.
  • DELIVERIES: 8AM TO 10.30AM ONLY. No site movement after.
  • Structures must be sound; guy ropes must be clearly marked.
  • Trade is restricted to your designated pitch and approved goods.
  • Sub-letting of pitches is strictly prohibited.
  • Traders are responsible for pitch cleanliness (inspections will occur).
  • Gas heating: Butane ONLY (No Propane allowed).
  • Stalls must be cleared by 9.00pm on Sunday 26th July 2026.
  • A £100.00 refundable deposit is required per stall.
  • All goods must stay within the 3m x 3m allocated area.
  • Stalls must be ready to trade by 10.30am on event day.
  • Reference numbers will be issued prior to the festival.
