There is a strict no re-entry policy on the day.
Doors are open from 12 pm – 8 pm and last entry is strictly at 6:30 pm for all ticket holders.
There are no minimum age requirements for the event.
We have licensed bars within the event showground.
The Bar, Food Vendors and Stalls will accept cash and card/contactless.
You cannot bring any food or drink into the Festival. There are fully licensed bars on-site and a selection of street food concessions catering to a variety of tastes!
There will be no cash machines on-site.
Please note that all tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Please be aware that by attending our event, you consent to your IMAGE AND VOICE AND LIKENESS being used without compensation in photos, videos, live streams, audio recordings for exploitation in any and all media, whether now known or hereafter devised, and you release the Mauritius Open Air Festival, its successors, assigns and licensees from any liability, on account of such usage.

The Mauritius Open Air Festival 2024 takes place at a new location in Oak Hill Park in Barnet.
Free shuttle service available
Enjoy the convenience of our FREE shuttle service running all day from Arnos Grove Station to the Mauritius Open Air Festival. No worries about getting back – the shuttle will bring you right back to the station. Travel hassle-free and make the most of our Festival experience! Our goal is to respect the park and the local residents at all times. We ask all customers to show the local area and residents the same respect by arriving and leaving the event quietly and politely, leaving any litter in the bins provided or taking it with you when you depart.
There is a paid for car parking space for cars on a first come first serve basis. Car park tickets are only available in advance here.
You must also purchase your General Admission Entry ticket in addition to your car parking entry to obtain entrance into the event.
Please be aware that there are strict road closures in operation in the surrounding areas which only allow access to local residents.
Traffic enforcement will be in full operation on the day and cars will be fined and towed!
We strongly recommend unless you have purchased your car park tickets in advance that you travel via public transport.
VIP ticket holders will also enter the Festival site via an exclusive lane at the main entrance. The VIP area will include a bar, posh toilets, benches & food stalls. To purchase click here.
We are excited to provide our attendees with a complimentary shuttle service running all day between Arnos Grove Station and the Mauritius Open Air Festival. Look out for signs and our stewards at Arnos Grove Station. Don’t worry about your return trip – the shuttle will take you back to the station. Please expect a thorough and strict search as this is a condition of entry especially in these times of heightened security. Bags will also be searched thoroughly. Pressurised gas canisters and legal highs are strictly prohibited on site. Anyone found with these items will have them confiscated and may be refused entry. Anything that could cause harm is strictly prohibited.
No liquids, gels or lotions are permitted into the Event over 100ml. This includes soft drinks/water in sealed containers. Sun cream over 100ml will not be permitted. Perfume and make up will be permitted in plastic or paper containers sized 100ml or less. Glass containers of any size will not be permitted. Any gels or liquids that do not comply will be disposed of by security staff.
Food for newborns, infants and toddlers is allowed but will be verified.
You are allowed to bring prescribed medication and food on site when accompanied by a doctor’s note or valid medical certificate. Your cooperation with this is appreciated and it is to ensure that everyone attending The Mauritius Open Air Festival has a safe and enjoyable day.
